Our challenge was to create an alternative, innovative structure to replace the former greenhouse that was constructed in the 1960s with a practical, functional, and visually strong solution. This was a project requiring creative solutions due in part to retrofitting the original concrete blockwork.

The larch sections for the new greenhouse were constructed in our workshop at South Barn with the bulk of the assembly taking place before being transferred to site. We find that this optimises efficiency and minimised disruption to the site.
